Full Job Description

National Investment Trust Limited seeks a dedicated Assistant for its Investors Facilitation Centre to deliver exceptional customer service and support to investors. This role involves managing and organizing investor-related documents, ensuring accurate record keeping, and efficiently handling queries through help desk support tools. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience, preferably in Asset Management Companies or the financial sector, and be a graduate from an HEC recognized university. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide timely assistance to investors while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies. The Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for investors, facilitating their needs and inquiries with professionalism and care. While managing no direct team, the role demands collaboration with various internal departments to streamline investor services and improve the overall experience. The position is critical in supporting the Investors Facilitation Centre’s operations by ensuring document accuracy, managing records systematically, and utilizing help desk support tools effectively to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and courteous assistance to investors regarding their queries and concerns through various communication channels.
  • Manage and maintain investor documents accurately, ensuring all files are properly organized and stored in compliance with company standards.
  • Utilize help desk support tools to log, track, and resolve investor requests and complaints effectively.
  • Conduct records management and regularly update investor information in the company’s database to maintain integrity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as compliance, asset management, and administration to facilitate seamless investor support.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to deadlines.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of investor information at all times, following company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to investor facilitation activities and document management when required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance investor service processes and the operational efficiency of the Investors Facilitation Centre.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes relevant to asset management and financial sectors to better assist investors.
