Full Job Description

KHA Legends Arena is at a growth stage and is looking for a Senior Marketing & Growth Manager to help scale memberships, bookings, partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue.

 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building growth engines, creating strategic partnerships, leading impactful marketing initiatives, and delivering measurable business results.

 

The primary objective of this role is to increase memberships, bookings, corporate business, partnerships, sponsorships, and overall revenue growth for KHA Legends Arena.

 

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, growth, business development, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to generate business growth, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Relevant education and/or proven professional experience in marketing, growth, or business development.
  • Preference will be given to Sports, fitness, hospitality, entertainment, or community-focused industry experience.

 

Salary Package

Salary Range: PKR 180,000 – 300,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
