Grade: Band-7 to Band-5
Location: Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
- As Senior Manager Inbound–Contact Center, responsible for efficient utilization of associated human, software & hardware resources for smooth and non-stop operation of BOP inbound contact center 24 hours a day; 7 days a week.
- Primarily responsible for the provision of 24/7 customer support via phone.
- To maintain an optimal call service level and ensure maximum customers can be entertained with the available resources.
- Coordination with all internal & external stakeholders for trouble shooting & associated problem rectification.
- Motivating and influencing team and ensuring maximum productivity.
- Mentoring and providing assistance and coaching.
- Encouraging and ensuring the team based environment and achieving goals.
- Acting as a mediator during conflicts and resolving them.
- Designing and implementing shift rosters to ensure contact center efficiency.
- Adherence to the policy of Bank of Punjab.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience. Preference will be given
to candidates having 4 years of relevant banking experience.
Age: Up to 55 years as of June 12, 2026.
