Full Job Description

The role requires close coordination with executive management to support strategic decision-making, cash flow management, financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will also oversee ERP systems, banking relationships, financial controls, and finance team management to ensure operational efficiency and transparency.

The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 10 years of relevant senior-level experience. Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, taxation, banking, treasury management, and ERP systems is essential. Experience in the Engineering & Construction Industry will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, and budgeting functions of the organization.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives and business plans.
  • Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
  • Manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow operations to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
  • Supervise treasury management, banking relationships, financing arrangements, and working capital optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, taxation, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Implement and maintain strong financial controls, policies, and risk management practices.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to executive management for informed decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data, business performance, and market trends to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee ERP systems and ensure accuracy, transparency, and effectiveness of financial reporting processes.
  • Monitor project costing, profitability analysis, and commercial performance of ongoing operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build strong financial and operational capabilities.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders.
  • Support management in commercial negotiations, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
